I grant permission to 96.1 The Hound to broadcast these music recordings, including any accompanying lyrics or compositions (hereinafter referred to as “Music”), on their radio station located in Lexington, Kentucky and on their stream at houndfm.com.
I represent and warrant that I am the sole owner or authorized licensee of the Music and have full power and authority to grant the rights set forth in this release form. I agree to obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances required for the Music, including any third-party samples, featured artists, or underlying compositions.
This license is non-exclusive and is granted solely for the purpose of FM radio broadcast, our online stream and related promotional activities. It is valid from the date of signing this release form until terminated by either party in writing.
In consideration for the license granted herein, 96.1 The Hound agrees to provide appropriate recognition and promotional announcements when broadcasting my Music. However, this agreement does not entitle me to any monetary compensation or royalties from 96.1 The Hound. WZNN The Hound reports to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and Sunday Change for music licenses. If you are represented by these performing rights licensing organizations, you do not need to fill out this form.
I agree to indemnify and hold 96.1 The Hound, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any breach of this release form or the infringement of any third-party rights.
By singing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this release form and agree to be bound by them.
